RATES: (Villa Coral Condo 102 sleeps 4 guests maximum)
Low Season: June and October ~ $220 per night - 7th NIGHT FREE
Value Season: July, August, September ~ $185 per night - 7th NIGHT FREE
High Season: November through May ~ $250 per night - 7th NIGHT FREE
Peak Season: December 18-January 4 ~ $295 per night - 7th NIGHT FREE
Please add $200 refundable damage deposit, and a $50 one-time cleaning fee,
providing you with every-other-day maid service.

Guidelines for Your Stay at Villa Coral Condo 102:

In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 10 days of original reservation date.
Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay, including the refundable damage deposit of $200.00
There is no admittance without full payment of bill.
Cancellations: Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid (minus credit card processing fees).
Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive ½ of total monies paid (minus credit card processing fees). Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
If guidelines are not followed, and result in additional costs for cleaning or repairs, the security deposit will not be refunded and any additional costs incurred will be billed accordingly.
The maximum occupancy of Villa Coral Condo 102 is four (4) guests.
